It's that time of the year again so let's get ready to Rock'n'Roll. The official program starts Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th but you can get started early. Come by and meet the coaches every Sunday morning 7:00a.m. at Soler's Tri Sports in Helotes, TX starting now! Be ready to go for a light walk, jog, or run when you come see us.

Read below for program details: Is there a certain amount of endurance of fitness level to participate in one of WRSA's training programs? Our training program is based on your fitness level. Each participant receives a training schedule appropriate to their level of fitness. Each program is broken down in to three distinct levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.With your training schedule you will receive a pace chart and calculator that will serve as your guide. With the chart and calculator you are able to figure out whether or you are training at the appropriate pace for your fitness level. What is the registration fee? The registration fee for new participants is $150. Returning participants pay $120; Northside Independent Employees pay $85; and San Antonio Express News employees pay $50. This year, all participants can have their fee paid for if you join our Charity Training Program. To learn more visit our Charity Training Center. Where can I register? You can register online here: MARATHON/HALF MARATHON TRAINING REGISTRATION Does the training fee cover the fee for the event? The training fee DOES NOT cover your race entry fee. However, you can have your fee for the event paid for if you join our Charity Training Program. Where do we run? How many days a week will I be working out? Your schedule may have you doing a mix of cross training and running 4-6 days a week depending on your fitness level. Will we have Pace Group leaders for our supervised runs? Your training schedule will have a specific run pace for each of your runs. Your pace is dependant on your fitness level and run goal. It is important that each participant run their specified goal pace in order for their training to be successful. We will not have pace leaders dictating pace during the long runs. How is WRSA involved with AnyBaby Can of San Antonio? As a participant of our training program you have the opportunity to run for a cause and raise funds that will go towards Any Baby Can.
