We Run San Antonio is the host for the original Run A Tab Pub Run, which is held in beautiful downtown San Antonio. If you like bar-hopping and you enjoy jogging, then there is no reason why you wouldn’t enjoy doing both at the same time! Please read all the info below. • Running shoes, shorts, and shirt (you need a shirt to wear while in the bar)
• Driver’s license (must be at least 21 to participate)
• Cash or credit card
• Keys
• Ziplock bag to keep items dry

Pub Run Route

1. Start at Beethoven Beer Garten on 422 Pereida St, 78210 to have a drink, then..

 

• Take a stroll down S.Alamo toward downtown
• Cross Durango Street (be careful and watch for traffic)
• You will see Pat Obrien’s on the left side across the street from the Alamo

2. After some Hurricane fun at Pat O’Briens we make our way to VBar at Hotel Valencia

• VBar is on the second floor at Hotel Valencia
• From Pat O’Briens you will go north toward Houston Street
• Turn Left on Houston St
• The hotel will come up on the corner of St.Mary’s and Houston street on the left side
• Stick around, mingle, relax on the couch, enjoy your $10 beer!

4. Next we’ll hop in to Leapin’ Lizards Pub , have a drink, and say hi to Iggy

• From VBar jump on St. Mary’s street and head toward Commerce
• Turn left on Commerce
• You will see Leaping Lizards on the right side on the corner of Navarro and Commerce

5. First Friday! Back to where we started!

 

• Slowly slither ot of Leaping Lizard and go right toward S. Alamo
• Turn right on S. Alamo and head back home!
• Azuca will come up on the right side if you want some salsa dancin!
• Or, just head back to the Beer Garten to chill:)
