SEMINARS We develop outreach, fitness initiatives, and training programs for the community. We promote health and fitness through wellness seminars and focus on a bottom up approach to your exercise regiment. All this is done with the understanding that exercising is a lifestyle and we can help you make these changes toward a healthier you. - We Run... - This seminar covers a bottom up approach to your training. First time runners and veterans can all benefit from learning about what drives us, intensity levels, and goal setting.
- Choosing Your Footwear - This is an informational seminar for both runners and non-runners on how to choose the right shoes for you feet. We help you analyze your pronation and what to do to prevent common injuries. Runners, non-runners, and walkers can all benefit from this presentation.
